ABOUT ME
I am on my own life journey.
I've been many things in my career - software engineer, marketer, teacher, mother, counselor, advisor, interviewer, administrator, analyst, researcher, project manager, writer ... all have led me to this place, to this mission of guiding others to find their way to their unique definition of personal and professional success.
My own definition of success has changed throughout my life, and every change pushed me out of my comfort zone. At each inflection point, I had to clarify what I wanted for myself and make the changes I needed to make to achieve my goals. I had to learn new skills, open myself to new possibilities, take some risks, and invest in myself. It has been a great journey and I am not done yet.

I've always been a bit of a science nerd. I am curious about so many things. I studied pre-med, and earned a B.S in Computer Science and an MBA. I've always been interested in psychology and the workings of the mind, and I like to understand the drivers, the WHY of things. I enjoy studying leadership theory, as well as neuroscience and its impact on leadership and behavior.
I incorporate all of these learnings and experiences, as well as coaching education and research on emotional intelligence, positive psychology, stress, mindfulness, change and communication into my coaching. I am passionate about helping others find more success and joy in their lives and careers. I care deeply for my clients and am honored to help them achieve their deepest hopes for themselves.
